Bring your club: for players and clubs

For players

Most leagues start with one player who asks. Copy this and send it to your club.

Hi, I'd like our club to join ClubCircuit Pickleball, an interclub league where players represent their home club against nearby clubs in skill-based divisions. The first league starts in Baltimore in January 2027. Clubs keep their own systems and their court revenue. Details here: this page

Nothing is sent automatically. You choose who gets it.

For clubs

What your club gets

  • A competitive program in your club's colors.
  • Home-match court use and visiting players.
  • ClubCircuit runs the league.
  • 100 percent of the court fees you collect.

What your club contributes

  • Teams, captains, and recruiting.
  • Agreed home-match court time.
  • Your facility rules.

Your club keeps its own systems. ClubCircuit is the competition, not your club software.

About ClubCircuit

Built by a player who wanted more than open play.

I picked up a paddle in 2025 and haven't put it down since. I tested every paddle I could get my hands on, joined every league I could find, and started inventing new formats for my home club when the usual ones ran out.

Along the way I kept looking for ways to give something back to the sport and to the club, from software I built to 3D-printed fixes for the small problems around the courts.

Then I played a local league where the technology and the support let the players down, and I knew we could do better: a season that feels organized from the first match to the last, built around the clubs we already love, at a price that makes sense. That's ClubCircuit.

Questions

Before you register.

When does the first league start?

January 2027, between Baltimore-area clubs. Registration opens before then, and everyone on the interest list hears first.

What is the format?

Doubles. Every match day includes mixed doubles and gendered doubles matches, so you play with and against both.

I'm not in Baltimore. Can I still join?

Yes. Join the interest list and tell us where you play. New areas open based on that list, and a club usually joins because one of its players asked.

How do I find the right division?

Each league lists its divisions and who is eligible. The listing also shows how placement is decided.

Does my home club need to participate?

Yes. You play for a participating club. If yours is not listed, use Bring Your Club and we will follow up with them.

What if my club is not listed?

Copy the invitation above and send it to your club, or express interest and we will reach out.

What does registration include?

Every listing states the seasonal price and exactly what it includes. Registration is a one-time purchase for that season.

Are court fees separate?

Yes. Court and facility fees are set and collected by the host club under its own terms.

Is a jersey included?

Club-branded jerseys are part of ClubCircuit. Whether one is included in your registration is stated on each listing.

How do substitutes work?

Teams can use substitutes when a rostered player cannot make a match. Eligibility and arrangements are in each league's rules.

What happens if I cannot be placed on a team?

Placement is not guaranteed by payment. If you cannot be placed, the league's published refund policy applies.

Where can I read the rules and refund policy?

They are linked from each league listing and in the footer of this page.
